Applicants must submit the following at time of Submission with Completed Mobile Food Truck Application:
Current license from Texas Department of State Health Services for Mobile Food Units
Current Texas State Sales and Use Permit
Notarized Authorization from Property Owner for Each Operating Location
Map of Unit Location on Property

Completed Applications and Supporting Documentation should be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer
