Deposits

• Deposits are not waived.
• Deposit refunds are issued by ACH. Otherwise, checks are 10-15 business days after rental conclusion and are contingent upon facility clearance check.
• Rental fee waivers may be considered by City Council upon request. Waivers are limited to one fee waiver per organization per 12-month period.

  Deposit $150 (for under 150 people)
  Deposit $500 (for over 150 people)
  No rental fee
• Parades
  $50 parade permit fee
• Road Closures
  TxDOT Road Closure Fee - $150 (not eligible for waiver)
