Elevated levels of lead were found in recent testing of some homes in Winnsboro.
The City of Winnsboro mailed all water customers a standardized letter to notify them and to explain what residents can do to reduce lead in your drinking water. Below is the letter and a link to additional information available from the TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) website.
