Update on the recent changes to our utility billing system...

We are in regular daily (sometimes hourly) communication with their office to work out the details of what does and does not work for our community.

We are aware of the delayed billing issue and have waived late fees due to the inconvenience.

Payment may be made by check, cash or money order at the drop box on the south side of the building or inside at the front window to avoid service fees.
Additionally, auto-draft of your bill is available at no additional cost.

If you do choose to pay online, a card fee is assessed.
