The City of Winnsboro is requesting proposals for a banking services contract. Through this contract the City intends to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize investment capabilities. This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents the cash management goals, specifies all bank’s required qualifications, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions and the contract award provisions.
Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on August 01st 2023, and opened in public at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall.
Respondents should submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of proposal to the designee listed below. Sealed bids, so indicated on the outside of the envelope, are to be delivered to Hollie Parker, Finance Officer, 501 S. Main St. Winnsboro TX 75494.
