PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Winnsboro Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 pm on Monday August 13, 2018, in the City Council Chambers,
501 S. Main Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning a request for a variance on the following properties:
1. Lot 10, 11, 12 Block A 1.52 Lawrence A-3 G B King, otherwise known as 607 S. Main Street, Winnsboro, Texas.
The property is currently zoned Retail District (R). Developer is requesting a variance for a side set-back.
2. Lot 11E, Block P-2 G B King, otherwise known as 308 E. Coke Rd, Winnsboro, Texas.
The property is currently zoned Business District 1 (B-1). Owner is requesting a variance for a side set-back.
At the regular meeting on August 14, 2018 at 5:30 pm, the Winnsboro City Council will also conduct a public hearing and consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission concerning this request. If you cannot attend the meeting, written comments may be addressed to the City Administrator at City Hall.
